A Product or User Journey Map is a product development tool (adapted from video game methodology) that records all interactions a user will have with a product. This mapping helps define and assess user goals, motivations, and pain points. My workshop will focus on the different stages that comprise a Product/User Journey Map and discuss the benefits of utilizing this framework when designing a product.
